My name is Edgar and I'm a 1 year old, Gray Tabby Kitten. Many, many months ago my Mommy was checking out the shelters for Huskies (as part of her volunteer work for the Rescue) and she came across a Kitten she fell head over heals in love with! She decided to go visit the Kitty, and when she was there, she met ME! The Shelters are slammed with Kittens this year, and there were dozens upon dozens of us all crammed together in one room, waiting to be adopted!! I was the cutest, sweetest little Kitty in there and my Mommy noticed right away!! Even though I am not the Kitty she came to see, she ended up adopting BOTH of us anyway!! I got to come home with Mommy that very day and I just LOVE my new home!!
I had a really bad cold for the first 2 weeks I was home, so all I did was sleep and snuggle during that time. I was a tiny, scrawny little thing and only weighed 2 lbs! My Mommy likes to call me Squirt (or little Monkey because of all the trouble I get into!)
My Big Sister Maya (who is the biggest, funniest looking Cat I've ever seen!) loves me to pieces! I want to be just like her some day, and I love to follow her around and cry for her to play and snuggle with me! (She even taught me how to sniff like a Doggy, and chew on Pig's ears!) The night I came home, Maya was so gentle and patient with me, and I felt like I was her baby! She even cleaned my filthy head for me!
I am one adorable little Kitten and I LOVE to snuggle and make bread! Now that I'm all better I have turned into quite the little Hell-Raiser, and my new favorite game is to climb up onto the top shelves of our walk-in closet where all of Mommy's stuffed Animals are, hide myself among the Animals (think E.T.) and then LAUNCH myself at the first unsuspecting person that walks in there! MWAHAHAHA!! I like to send faxes to Mom's work when she's sleeping, and I also like to climb up my Mommy's leg all the way to her shoulder (I can't do that anymore though since my Soft Paws got here). All us Kitties like to fuck with Mommy when she's sleeping, because we know we are SO damn cute, she can't stay mad at us! I have developed a serious bra fetish and have successfully stolen every one of Mom's bras, and left my teeny tiny teeth marks all over them! I am also really fascinated by make-up and Women's shoes. My new idol is Eddie Izzard!
