Okay, now:

EASYSVISION - a People-Helping-People Network
"If a man gives a fish, he feeds one, for one day. If the same man teaches how to fish, he feeds one, for a lifetime. If the same man teaches the man how to teach others to fish, eventually, he feeds the village"
They are not there to feed you, or any, a fish - but rather, like another Great Man had taught, to make others fishers of men.
The Vision is, someday, to feed the world this way.
There's more to learn - just click the picture up there.
"It's that Easy".

Eschew Obfuscation...insightful ramblings of an intelligent half-sane man. You'll see.
http://www.brainspank.org/ Note: I periodically reset my Profile Views counter. Quite frankly, I'm more curious about *who* visits than the body count.
Meanwhile...more about my interests...
Love. Is. Respect.
Here's the video, which surmises the Point:
***
Oh, yeah, by the way...
CAN ANYONE READ???
NOTE: I don't just automatically add people. I'm not a "people collector".
Also note: I rotate "Top 40", and I don't always answer my messages *immediately*, but I do
read each and every one of them,, so don't get bent, okay?

And, yes, I know there's a lot of people who hit the "add" button,'cos they are artists looking to build a body count under their "friends list" or for whatever reason - just your simple "people collectors"
...letmetellyou: that's not my thing. Tell me why you want my add. Tell me what caught your eye, what inspired you to poke the "Add As Friends" Whatever. Be real. I'll answer - and welcome - any and every person who is willing to be real with me.
I don't generally pop the add request until I have a real interest, an accompanying message, ...something ...know what I mean?...I like the same in reverse...
Infact: I have a plan:
somewhere amidst this all of this, I have enclosed secret instructions on how to get added...so there you go.
Every person can help to prevent or stop sexual abuse.

Oh, about the nickname...
The '83 Dodge Aries, K-series is a temperamental machine, wired completely backwards, a mechanical nightmare that saved lots of asses (specifically, Chrystler, from out of financial ruin)...short on horsepower but got where it was going...quite a dodge, it was....never been much seen in a long time. Temperamental little bitch she was, too - worked prettymuch when it wanted to, though was great for A to B and reliable in its own right...
C'est moi. Temperamental, yet reliable. Short on power but long on saving peoples' backsides when called for. And yes, quite a dodge :P
Now that you got this far: here's the ultimate, secret instructions on how to get me to poke that "Approve" button on that add request form: send me a message. In the subject line, put the words, "I got this far". In the body of the message, tell me a bit about yourself. Tell me a bit about what inspired you to wish your moniker amongst my friends and fiends. I don't care. Just put that little sentence in the subject line of the accompanying message, then submit your request -- make it simple. Thanks!
What else to know about me? In the upper echelons-- Rolling Stone, Blender, whatever -- I would be called "eccentric", but here at the bottom of the rockpile, I'm just "weird".
Found a few other delightfully weird people...and I think I shall stick their banner stuff here under ...

Author, Petals of Life : A Survivor's Writings
and Reflections in My Tears
The first link, with that image, takes you to her author's site, where she tells you her a bit about her personal hardships of childhood abuse, as well as her books.
Be sure to click over to "Reflections In My Tears", located in Favorite Links, where she tells more about her tale into adulthood, and into what may have been a continuing pattern to a tragic end through abuse, had it not been for her indomitable spirit - and she encourages others to not only read on this site, but to also tell their stories, share, and heal from their wounds.
The next links take you to Amazon.com, where you can purchase either of her works.
It can be said that her books lend a voice to those silent cries that she, herself, has endured - and also lends a voice for others, who have yet to be able to speak out about their pains, outrages, furies, and silent screams.
Through it all, the message is clear: you are not alone, and others who have been there Will Hear You.

The statistics are staggering. It has to End.-the_kcar-*!I am writing this on behalf of my JoHanna, and for all the JoHannas in the world. I am sending this individually; to each one of my “friends” on myspace, hoping you will take just one minute of your day and sign this letter. It is only listed on ipetitions because that was one of the Medias I choose to get it out there. I am in the process of getting together a bunch of signatures and take all I have to the Texas State Attorney General. I am dead serious about what I am voicing. But a lot of voices together can accomplish great things, things that are right, good, and honorable. What happened to JoHanna I can do nothing about. Absolutely nothing, except to be someone of support to my hurting girls. What a feeling for a parent, one of helplessness. And frankly, I wasn’t much help to them; after all, this destroyed my world as well. But I can do something about the now. Now is all I have got. JoHanna told me once in the very beginning of this chaos that devastated our lives that I was her hero. When I asked her why, she said “because you can’t fix what you don’t know is broke, and once you found out you have done everything in your power to fix it and protect me”. Your damn right. Please click on this link if you have not done so already. I am sending this individually to each one of you guys. That’s a lot of work and commitment. I say we be a voice, and shout and be heard. There is a purpose for everything. Let this be my purpose for all the mayhem I have been through. I want to make a difference. Please, if you would also post this as a bulletin, I would very much appreciate it.Diana Parks JoHanna's momhttp://www.ipetitions.com/petition/foralljohannas/Respons es always welcomed, whether intelligent replies or smart answers...

******IMPORTANT LIST******
**************************

People are often in a bad situation, whether it's something they stumble into or whether it's something they've silently lived through or what have you. You are not alone.

Sometimes, just knowing there's someone out there makes every difference in the world.

Believe it or not, in this emotionally constipated world we live in, there truly are people who are in it who honestly give a crap.

Look this list over. If you are in need, or if you know someone in need, remember this list, or copy it down for reference. Do what you need to do.

No one should need to live through some things alone.
Okay. Myshutupnow. Here you go.

Section 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance,
regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the
District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any
citizen of the United States or other person within the
jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges,
or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable
to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other
proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought
against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such
officer's judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted
unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was
unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress
applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be
considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

Nice huh.. So here is how you can use it. Suppose you are stopped [and illegally detained]. If you are innocent and have not provided probable cause for search and siezure, STAND YOUR GROUND. Ask the officer politley what probable cause he has and whether you are being arrested. If he cannot demonstrate probable cause, he must let you go. You have rights, know them and use them. If the officer continues to try to intimidate you, it's time to play your trump card. Inform the officer of your 4th ammendment protections, then very calmly explain Title 42 Section 1983. Once you have confidently and politley explained that you WILL sue him personally for violations of your civil rights, he will more than likely change his tune. To pull this off, you have to know what your talking about. Here is the actual language;I dont think you need to memorise this, just the Title and section numbers. Cops do know what a "1983" is.. I'd like to meet:

People as weird, whether apparent or subtle (visually as in the guy with the aqua, liberty-spiked hair or nonvisually as in the office guy whose mind would raise a pierced eyebrow of forementioned mohawked guy ) -- anyone who would have given the late authors Hunter S. Thompson and Jack Kerouac pause, or who would dare question things that "everybody knows".

Generally, I'd like to meet people as weird as I, without them being dangerous types...GFL, I know...
