I am a friend of his mothers' and while we've never met "face to face"...we've known one another for a long time now. I've grown to love and respect her as she has fought fiercly for her sons best interests. Due to our GROSSLY inadequate judicial system she has lost custody to her precious son. I cannot imagine being in her "shoes" and I know for a fact that there are MANY others experiancing the same! (My love and prayers are with you gem!)The exhistence of child sexual abuse is what brought my online community to life...as sad as it is for an innocent child to have experianced such horror, I can't fathom a child's mindset when they are FORCED leave their only safe place in life and return to the home of their perpatrator....personally, I am at a loss as to how to help those experianceing this...but, my mind has not stopped thinking of little Billy, his mother and family and those like them!! Anyone with ANY productive suggestions or guidence in this matter...PLEASE post in response or contact me personally!! As a parent of sexually abused kids, I can honestly say that this problem has grown to epidemic preportions! When it was first "found out", in our family, it felt as if our lives had ended. Thankfully, somehow I found the strength to search and find pertinent information concerning sexual abuse on children, how it effects them, how to assist in their healing and finally how to piece together our family which seemingly was no more. This MY SPACE has been created to aid in raising awareness that the abuse of children is everywhere...it is my hope that people who read will either admit to themselves that this horrible act could be happening in their own home, their extended families homes, their neighbors home...or at the very least that it has become a HUGE problem in our world today!!

Other parents whose child/ren have been or are being sexually abused. Our online community has assisted many to find their families road to healing and it can help YOU too!! The support groups there are FILLED with wonderful parents experiancing the same nightmare, helping each other to find the strength to get through. While I am a parent of a child victims, there are also many victim/survivors among our community as well. Much support for anyone whose life has been touched by csa's evil can be found. Don't wait come check us out!!
