In 2005 The NYUCF made history being the largest comedy festival in the history of NYC, ending in an 11 state, "Hurricane Katrina Relief Fundraiser"
2007,Now with an international advisory board and support from around the world. The NYUCF will become the world's first global comedy festival with shows on 5 continents Europe, Australia, South Africa and China and North America.
