About Me

Layout Created at KillerKiwi.net

Helping others is an obligation, and receiving help is a right. I'm paraphrasing, but I read that yesterday... and I believe that. This is one place we all live in and share. We have to be good to ourselves, each other and our planet. This forms the core of my belief system and defines me and how I aspire to live each day.I think there can be beauty -or at least something to appreciate- in most things, if not everything. It's what eyes you're using to see, not what you're seeing... But I also think variety and new experiences are what makes growth and perspective possible.so...about me... I laugh easily... I cry easily... I am moved often - by the everyday, the small miracles, the sweetness of the moment. While I grew up in the big city, I am very at home in nature. I am most inspired by dreams... having them and chasing them and living them.

My Interests

Love and Laughter... laughing, all things Asian, Japanese noodle soup, the spa, cardamom, brandy, curling up to watch movies, seeing people smile! creating, art, music, cooking, food, skiing, tennis, yoga, hiking, camping, swimming, dancing, etc. the simple things, connecting and reconnnecting, cooking dinner at home with friends, good conversation and hilarious fun and laughter
