OFG Productions was incorporated by two friends, Guerly Jean~Felix and Jon Douglas Rainey, for the purpose of empowering themselves to create literary, visual and audio works of art. Their business may be new, but they are not new to the business:
Guerly, referred to as Sean in America, is a native of Haiti and has worked in the modeling, television and film industries. Some of his credits include a Powerade commercial, the short Indie flick "Death Seen", and over a dozen episodes on Discovery Channels "It Takes A Thief". He recently returned from Cape Town, Africa, where he worked in production with Alex Black at Big Time Films. Sean Directed & starred in the teaser "FREE KAIRO" in 2008.
Jon, born in Camden, New Jersey, wrote & co-wrote multiple songs on Jennifer Dixon's debut album, "JELLICO", to be released in Fall of 2009. Also this year, JDR was cast in M. Night Shaymalan's upcoming film, "The Last Airbender" which started shooting in April. In television, JDR hosted 80 episodes of "It Takes A Thief", worked on shows like "Sex & The City" & "Rescue Me", & has acted in many Indie films including "SCARFEET", "Self Evident" & "C.O.S.H." Jon wrote & starred in "FREE KAIRO" teaser.
At present, OFG is in post production with NINGUN FILMS on a teaser for a pitch of a new television series called "FREE KAIRO". AMC Network is currently considering picking it up. OFG is in production with country music artist Jennifer Dixon & NINGUN FILMS on several projects. OFG has produced videos for bands & stand up comics which you can find all over the web.
