Myspace Comments | Myspace Graphics | Myspace Surveys Theodor Mirisclavos was born in Thessaloniki He graduated in Architecture from the University of Florence He also studied pfotography. During his studies he experimented In jazz music cooperating with other musicians.During the period 1980-86,he studied classical guitar at the “National Conservatory”of Athens.in the class of Mr. Kyriakos Giorginakis.In 1990 he participated in the Pan-Hellenic competition for musical composition,(under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Culture ),with his composition “Roxane”, for violin and guitar which was awarded a prize.In 1994, the “Macedonian Conservatory”organised a musical competition for a piano work for educational purposes He participated with his composition "Reflections"-consisting of seven parts-which was again awarded a prize. Since July 1994 he has been a member of the“Union of Greek Composers” He cooperated with many musicians as Lola Totsiou,Vassilis Tsabropoulos,Vicky Stylianou,Takis Barbas, Nikos Psofogiorgos,Iason Geremtzes,Nectarios Karantzis,Ilias Andreoulakis,Ileana Maria Marda, Lukia Paleologou,etc.Many of his compositions have been performed in Greece and in other countries. -- "TROPICAL" by Theodor Mirisclavos
