LIBRA 22 September-October 21 This year you will go in leaps and bounds but first you must get through January with its dips where physically you might not be feeling quite as good as you would like. SCORPIO October 22-November 21 I can hardly contain my enthusiasm Scorpio as I write your forecast for 2008. It is a year of great change but also even greater potential. On January 26th Pluto, your ruling planet, changes signs after nearly 13 years and moves into the sign of Capricorn. You will have to go back to 1995 to reflect on how far you have come since that time frame and how difficult life has been whilst moving through the fiery, yet generous sign of Sagittarius.I am sure this has not been an easy 10 years, because this energy could suggest that everything you have tried to do has simply evaporated or disappeared, sometimes in extraordinary circumstances.But let's look at brighter possibilities and they certainly are as Pluto transits into Capricorn. Capricorn is an EARTH sign and as such 'grounds' and makes things real.
