About Me

I am an artist.
I paint motion and the emotions that have coloured my perceptions of motion. Over the years, this has made me strive to appreciate living in the moment of Now more and more. I wish to pay attention to what is happening immediately around me. I paint live at events. I paint at bars in the evening where you would never expect to see an artist. I've painted in churches and I have painted at raves. I love painting spoken word gatherings. I am inspired by the words and escape the hermit-as-artist stereotype by getting myself out where people are. I don't wave my arms about madly, but I do create and sell a finished work each time I paint at events.

For my design, see oddesign.ca .
For my self-respect, see webiteback.com .
If you would like to see me paint live, check out Word Iz Bond each month. If you're a DJ, band, poet or other performer and you would like me to paint your show , let me know. I also keep a regular art blog updated at least weekly.
What's your motivation? What moves you? I love meeting other artists... so by all means say hello!

Some quotes I like:
'Whenever there is great property, there is great inequality. For one very rich man, there must be at least five hundred of the poor, and the affluence of the few supposes the indigence of the many...' - Adam Smith
'The very rich are different from you and me,'' F. Scott Fitzgerald once observed. Ernest Hemingway's wry reply was, ''Yes, they have more money.''
"Art is always and everywhere the secret confession, and at the same time the immortal movement of its time." - Karl Marx
