About Me

Welcome to Claycastle Recording Studio, our new state of the art recording facility boasting an impressive 250 square meters. of studio live room (the largest in the south of Ireland), isolation booths, vocal booth and a spacious control room. All the rooms are professionally treated with acoustics, each with its own unique sound characteristics designed to help you bring out the best in performance. For your comfort we also have a kitchen, green room (lounge), toilet & shower.Situated on the south coast of Ireland, Youghal Co. Cork is a beautiful and historic town, which offers some great leisure activities as well as great dinning, and entertainment. Here comes the science,we have a large selection of microphones(nuemann,shure,akg,rhode,shenniser etc)in the studio. claycastle studios uses neve & audient preamps with manley eq and comprssion ,recording both 16 and 24 bit digital with logic pro ,digital perfomer ,ableton live .to optimize your recording. . There is also a selection of in house instruments, amplifiers and synthesizers (analogue & digital) for your convenience.
