I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet people who aren't 'Slow On The Uptake'! People who care about other people. People who can live wih the fact that I am a complete clutz. I want to meet people who can make me laugh AND think at the same time!! I also want to meet people who can be a dork and laugh shit like 'Jackass'. I want to meet people that are people watchers....People who have good stories to tell about the life they've lived...People who are true to themselves....People who like Movies and see the brilliance in good directing and writing, acting...etc.(and can shut-up while trying to watch it.) People who are master smartasses, but not dragging everyone else down. AND, people who were confused as to status entry; Married, Single..etc.. You know, "Everything's a situation"!

I could go the rest of my life never meeting any of my idols if someone would just "SAY SOMETHING FUCKING INTERESTING"!!

This will pretty much sum up why I love movies; The suicide attempt scene in The Royal Tenembaums, from beginning to end was pure perfection in every way. The acting, directing, editing, muisic..etc. Also the trainstation scene in CARLITOS WAY, a huge chunk of it was done in one shot, no edits. I love to think about what must have gone into that. I love seeing what a good director can create. I find the 'brilliant' in the 'subtle'. And I LOVE to be shocked......"BOO"!
I love watching actors act and seeing thru the eyes of the director.

Diane Fossey (Mountain Gorillas, mainly), Jane Goodall (Chimpanzees), and Birute' Galdikas (Orangutans). And other wildlife conservationists who spend almost all their time educating people as to why its so important to not only protect what beauty that's left in the world but to learn about and study it (in non threatening ways) in order to unlock some answers to our past as well as learn what not to do in the future. Steve Irwin was an immense loss for all of us. He was a bit nutty but I loved to watch him simply because he was one of the few people I've seen who had such a huge passion for our environment / wildlife that you could see it in everything he did. I consider him a true hero.
Primatologists who want to find answers to our past and discover why WE are the way we are.

PEOPLE WHO COMMIT RANDOM ACTS OF GOODWILL
i.e.. Tom Dimebag. He started a sight here on MySpace called 'Mohawks For Cancer'. They have one goal; To get people to donate their hair to cancer organizations that make wigs for chemotherapy patients. This way anyone can help with no money needed. The reason I consider him to be a hero is due to the fact that this idea came to him for no other reason other than wanting to do something good. There's a link on my page to the sight. Any information you need is provided on their page as regulations differ from state to state. I do it about once a year and promise that you only cry for a day or so until you get that feeling that you just did something really good for someone.
