About Me

RVA VOL. 4 ISSUE 3 NOT RIGHT NOW, BUT NOW
RVA Mag is Richmond's FREE forum for high quality art, music, and opinion.
RVA is stepping up to lead this new mindset that places creative expression and local business at the forefront. Our mission is to promote and unify the creative community and local businesses by combining a print publication, events, and a strong community presence. We aim to expose our readers to the talented local (and those passing through) visual artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers, culture, events and opinions.

Hey! Want to know the who, what, where, why, and how's of what the hell is going on in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas (BIG shiny smile)? Then all you need to do is go to the RVA Mag Community Calendar to find out everything you need to know about the exciting things happening across this great city. It's a fully functional calendar and you can upload your own events and let people know just what the h-e-double hockey sticks is going on....
LETTERS, QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, & ART: Have an idea or artwork you want to see in print? We always accept submissions. Contact our managing editor at [email protected]
ADVERTISING, EVENTS, & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES: We'll post them on our website and our myspace account. We love advertising, too: [email protected]
INTERNSHIPS: We promise that our interns do a lot more fun stuff than make coffee and take out the trash: [email protected]
SUBSCRIBE : RVA MAILED TO YOU EVERY MONTH!! 12 ISSUES A YEAR OF RVA, FOR $25.00 USD!!!
Get you hot buttered popcorn, milk duds, and bottle of whisky ready! RVAtv ...the newly discovered red-headed step child to RVA Mag's cross-country running oldest sibling is coming your way. Look for the first RVAtv shows coming to your corner of the interwebs in March, and hopefully your television sets later in the year. Also, RVAtv needs all the help it can get; show producers, writers, costumers, hair and make-up, actors, you name it. Any questions, suggestions, ideas, donations, and demands for child support payments send along to [email protected].
Go to RVAtv and make friends. Be sure to stay tuned for original local programming that doesn't suck...or maybe it will suck but in a good way. Look for news, music, comedy shows...RVA Style.
