I am here for Friends

About Me

I believe in the equality of all people and the "golden rule": do to others as you would like them to do to you. But in this world those with the gold (power) make the rules. The more power a person has the less they follow rules that everyone else has to follow. Jesus says that violence is not the solution to the world's problems, as those in power believe. The answer is more love, not more violence and torture.

Although I am not currently vegetarian or vegan, I respect those who attempt to educate others about animal abuse, animal testing, the cruelty involved in factory farming, etc. Let's listen to them and consider what they have to say. Most of the time I avoid eating factory-farmed products. I avoid buying products tested on animals. I prefer natural, organic, free trade products. They are better for our health, better for those who produce the products, and better for the planet.
"Amazing Eyeballs"?
In the book of Revelation in the Bible, the writer describes a vision of strange creatures who are "covered with eyes". The creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to God.
