DOC... 1 in 32 of all Americans are currently in the prison system. The United States has more men, woman and children in the system then any other nation as it because obvious they are not criminals but citizen forced into desperate actions by living conditions or owe debts against powerful organizations.
Child Support = "State Support"
Child Support now has a new name as Title IVD pumps ove half the the money allocated for child support into the the state that never reached a child mouth. Pointless to call it child support now as the biggest recipient is the state.
Family Court = "Life Court"
Family Court operates above all other courts now with the unconstitutional power to imprison a person, determine ownership of a child like a slave and cease up to 100% of a persons wages for child support. The most fear court with supreme power to destroy lives and families effectively.
Custodial Parent = "Kidnapper"
Whether with an American court order in hand or not kidnapping is still kidnapping. Slavery is no less slavery because certian 3rd world countries allow it. God will be your judge for enslaving children he willed for 2.
DeadBeat Parent = "BeatDead Parent"
Deadbeat parents are the lowest class of citizen and the majority of the time they can't afford to pay hundreds or thousands in CS. Consider most Americans have had a repocessioned cars and defaulted loans, vew being rich. Over 90% of parents imprisoned for child support make less then 40,000 a year which is poverty in America.
Custody Battle = "Reformed Slave Auction"
To haggle for ownership of a human is a slave auction. Worse illusion is your bid has anything to do with your parenting ability or environment, it all predetermined by who makes the lowest income(Title IVD incentivized) or Gender, Relgion,military status, Race or other association(Judge Bias Incentivized).
Child Custody = "State Custody"
Be not confused who actually owns you children. Even as an custodial Parent you are a mere babysitter and have no rights to your child. The minute it is in the best interest of the state to hand your child back to the other parent or foster care, you then will be the parent tearing at an empty kids bedroom reinvented as a shrine of lost love.

Not the satire on destruction of families called divorce court. Takes a heartless person to laugh at such worthless programming. Perhaps as good a comdedy on how kids of divorce are the most troubled kids in society because they fight over the kids for the bride called "child support". Leagally kidnap a child with a court and get paid for it.

Books:

I'm not anti-child support in concept, I'm anti the current system destroying parents, letting kids starve as its intent is to support the rich children and the state.Knowing an increasing portion of the nation poor and homeless are payers and payees of child support is the real evidence it has no purpose in a free society. Child Support is about war sponsorship in the family and those who pay and recieve it are why we can't change it to support the children.

What children need is both parents and the American public to stand up and say enough is enough, children shouldn't be a comodity for trade in an enlightened nation.
