Grandparents Have Rights Too! G.S.G.â„¢ FLA.

I'd like to meet:

Holding up your right hand in court and swearing under oath means nothing.. Why even bother? If it means something, then make those that break our laws pay the consequences! Or abolish oath taking!!!

I was ordered in Court by a Judge to take down, my Grandson's pictures from this site. How did I get the pictures? My son sent me pictures of my grandson from the time he was in the womb. Before my Grandson's mother dragged me to court, on pure fabrication and lies, I had a Sheriff call me on the phone from my grandson's mother's house. The Sheriff yelled and screamed at me to take down this site, like I was a criminal! What the heck??? Something isn't right here.

I know my grandsons mother does not like my site..How did she find it? She stalks me...thats how..she stalks everyone that is connected to my son. My son's girlfriend and niece got me on MySpace. She tormented me, my son's girlfriend and harassed us online, she made poser sites of me, she pushed the "report abuse" button and send in a picture of my Grandsons head as child porn, (That was before MySpace King Tom fixed how we view or who we let accesss our photos) she stole my pictures, artwork, trademarked and copyrighted material to use them for her evil purposes, yet she takes ME to court. Oh well, now I am an advocate for Grandparents rights, Fathers rights, second wives rights and the rights of senior citizens. I really feel for them.

No one not even a Judge has the right to make me take down or change my writings, artwork, no one can make me take down my creations and art!!! My self expression and freedom of speech will not be taken away from me!! If that's the case then ALL YOUR SITES need to come down, all your pictures, art, all your self-expression and writings. Then there will be no MySpace, You Tube, Blogs or Internet for that matter. No crazy person who gets an innocent out of their warm bed to drive 90 miles to go to court on false charges, will get away with it! My Grandsons mother even told the Judge and the court that this was the first time she ever met me or laid eyes on me...Yet, she claimed she was a victim of domestic violence. Absolutely no history, no police reports nothing, nada, all pure fabrication. Her claims hold no water, no foundation, reports, sightings, documentation of any kind from anyone other then her own sick imagination. She did all this for two reasons, to keep me from giving her Boss/Administrator the documentation he asked for and to get this site taken down. So, crazy, so not reality. "Twilight Zone" I never ever contacted her in any form. I never called her, mailed her and I don't own pigeons.. I never had anyone I know contact her in anyway either. She lives over 90 miles away from me and with her parents, they know the truth, yet do nothing.I never met them either. NOT one of her close friends or relatives, can say they ever met me or heard from me not one.

I am an innocent, who never even got a parking ticket... Yet, I lost in court because of an incompetant Judge. I was not afforded the oppurtunity for my testamony to be heard, my facts were not looked at, my 55 documents were not looked at, my witnesses were not heard nor was I even asked if I had any. And the Judge was CLUELESS to ANYTHING dealing with the internet. Some sick people commit blatant perjury and take you to court on false charges AND WIN! WE cannot let them get away with it!!! She is a nurse..It seems she does not care about her license.. People like this are mentally unstable and should be evaluated. She takes care of patients and my grandson.. Scary...Maybe the "Board of Nursing" & "The Nursing Association", should be informed.

I give thanks to God, I'm so grateful for all my blessings. I am grateful that this is the only real problem in my life. I am grateful for ALL the support and all my friends. I am grateful that I have the time to dedicate myself now to helping those in similar circumstances. Thank You All. God Bless You.

I was told not to cry in court..or the Judge would rule against me..I cried, because I was in the "Twilight Zone".. Not cry???? I am NOT a robot! or a Stepford wife! I am human with human emotions..What is happening here people???....Are we all to turn cold, callous and cruel to survive? If we continue on this path and continue to be complacent and immune to what's going on around us soon our world will be unrecognizable.

We cannot let them get away with this! This IS ABUSE!!! Not just to me BUT all of YOU! Abuse of the system, making false claims, costing taxpayers money and court time for nothing! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ANGRY!! Abuse plain and simple!

Thanks to my Grandsons mothers uglyness, I took up this cause. I turned pain into purpose. Please help stop the alienation & the abuse.
