"Intelligently realised Celticry... highly musical and guaranteed to bring a smile to face and feet" fRoots June 2008 issue 300
Here are four preview tracks from our debut album, which can now be ordered here for £11 plus p&p!
Breathtaking twin fiddles combined with sublime guitar, bouzouki and voice. skyhook shift seamlessly between driving dance music and spine-tingling songs, and play with a joy and precision that's hard to match.

Formed in Autumn 2005, skyhook have performed to rapt audiences in the UK and Germany. www.skyhookmusic.com has reviews from gigs at the Sheffield Folk Festival and a very successful night at the Rockingham Arms, and also some testimonials from 2007 festival and gig promoters.

"We've been having lots of fun playing at various festivals as well this year... Wimborne, Off the Tracks, Wheaton Aston, Wath... all very well received, and we're really looking forward to this year's festivals. Our new CD is ready and can be bought from our website or direct from the band, we are in the process of looking at distribution in some shops... "
