About Me
W E L C O M E
Hello! Welcome to the Authentic Roots Music site where you can explore for hours or days listening to some of the finest “roots†musical artists from around the world.I am an authentic roots musician living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Having performed old time, Celtic and other acoustic music for over 35 years I am enjoying a new venture into Western and Cowboy music. I still enjoy singing the old time Southern Gospel.
My full time career finds me as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for AromaLand, Inc. a Santa Fe based manufacturer of 100% pure essential oils and body care products containing the same therapeutic oils.
MYSPACE has offered me a way to gleefully take part in a musical heritage that will be a part of me until my last breath. Visit the friends I have below. They are awesome! You will discover the very finest Old Time musicians playing today. Rachel Eddy, Chance McCoy, Adam Hurt and Naomi's Fancy are must listens. Also you will find extraordinary artists from the United Kingdom. Harriet Bartlett is the most amazing accordion player I have ever heard. You will also find a select few contemporary artists.
It is so difficult to select a Top 40 friends list. Some like Rachel and Naomi’s Fancy will never leave the Top 40. However deep within the friend list you will discover a multitude of talent, ever deserving to be a TOP on anyone’s list. Updates are often. Please visit. Add a comment. Write to me.

Just Listen
If laughter is the gateway to the soul then music is the sustenance that binds all souls together. This little space here is dedicated to great music. I have carefully chosen who is on my “Top Friends†list. Some I have played with, many I have yet to play with. The most important journey here is to explore each artists MYSPACE pages and listen. Be patient and listen! . LISTEN to the music they want to share. Listen to the passion between the notes of the melody. Listen! Just listen! Take a few minutes and listen. Listen to ancient mountain harmonies, both in voice and in sublime instrument combinations. Listen to the tapping of your own foot on your own floor. Listen to your own heart beating to a new joy!
