~Casa Chef~

I am a chef, what can I say. I dropped out of Two major universities before I found my real passion and then began culinary school. I love to cook and try all types and styles of quality food. I like working closely with my team of cooks, teaching them and motivating them, and giving them an honest reason to sleep well at night. That reason is knowing that they work in an environment where they are greatly appreciated for their talents and passion. I like taking the day off and going to a favorite restaurant and having the chef come to my table and bring his best dish, with his best glass of wine, and talk shop for hours... I like the thrill of having the hostess seat the entire restaurant in ten minutes, and then try to cook our way out of the weeds (ofcourse I only appreciate this when I'm out of the damn weeds), this is an extreme rush...I like to interact with my guests and network as much as possible. Bottom line is, I love what I do.. I love restaurants, I love the people, I love the atmosphere. It can be one of the most addictive careers on the planet. And for me, it is....
