About Me

Italian American descent, my grandparents were from Sicily and Naples Italy. Over the years I learned to cook from watching the very best in the kitchen -My Grandmama spent much of her day preparing food because 75% of everything we ate was homemade, or what we call from scratch.I had no formal training however once I started to cook, I must have subconsciously learned from past experiences and my grandmama.Currently I am working on a cook book called "Enrichin’ your Kitchen" by Emanuelli & friends. This book should be out by the Thanksgiving Holiday. ..
