Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai

I am Master Chef Sakai. You may recognize me as the former "Iron Chef French" from your American program. Cooking has been a passion for me ever since I was very young. I pride my ways with the almighty pear because it displays delicacy yet elegance which I believe encompasses my cooking and loving style, nicely. My Japanese-French style uses the best Japanese techniques helping me to pursue and fulfill my vision in supreme fashion while still retaining the essence of traditional French cooking.I am humbled to have won the final challenge against all of my fellow Iron Chefs, yet I am proud of these achievements. I will continue to provide the best of new tastes and new styles for all you out there (especially the ladies) who enjoy my cooking...ha, ha, ha.
