About Me

My son is my driving force in life and I love him more than anything... he is the best thing in my life and everything that I am doing, I am doing to teach him life's little lessons and trying to make him proud of his father and to become the best role model for my little man. I have been working at a Country Club in Fishers Indiana since June 2006. I had a great time in school and my externship and I am having a blast putting everything together with all that I have learned. On the job and through everyday experimentation I am trying out new recipes and ideas, and I am trying to come up with a true specialty that I can run with. I am very passionate about cooking and I love seeing that overwhelming smile on a customers face when they are eating something that I have prepared. I still believe that everything in life happens for a reason so I am continuing to hang on and enjoy the ride. While at school I made several very good friends and I have met a very wonderful little lady named Christina. She is truly a wonderful friend and partner.... we are both destine for greatness. UPDATE: April 28, 2007, Christina and I were married. Our day was wonderful and I am looking forward to many more fantastic days with you in the future.

My Interests

Wow, there are so many. Food is my Passion, and I love sports, music, watching movies, hanging out with friends having a good time... I can go on and on here. I love traveling and seeing and experiencing new things. There are alot of things to see and do in this life.... get out and experience them.

I'd like to meet:

People who are out going and have a great attitude. I get really angry when people do not try and think things through in life.

Movies:

Action , adventure, comedy hell whatever works for me. I love movies in general. I will watch just about anything as long as it is good.

Television:

Don't watch alot of TV, but when I do I will watch things like Iron Chef America, Ace of Cakes, Good Eats, Throwdown with Bobby Flay and some other Food Network shows as well as Law and Order or different police, crime, and murder shows.

Books:

Well.. this is a weak area for me. I have never been much of a reader. I enjoy a good book but I really need to be in the mood for it. Unfortunately that does not happen too often. Again I love stories about the law and crime and murder mystery type things.

Heroes:

Well heroes, this might sound corny, but I have 2 heroes in my life. The first one is my Grandfather and the other is my mother. These 2 people have made me the person I am today. Coming from a divorced family I have had these two people lay a foundation for me to build off of. I know that I will never be able to repay them for the things they have done for me but, I still thank them to this day anyway I can. I also have a very special place for the wonderful training that I received from my Chefs from SCI. There were some Chefs from school that have made a major impact on my and I cannot thank them enough.
