About Me

I relocated from the west coast to Toronto (Sept 5th, 2006). I think that the opportunity I have in public relations and comedy in Toronto is a good one..... and I'm loving Toronto. After NYC its the best city in the world. I'm an only child so I like to get what I want - I'll admit that. My parents are fantastic people and I own one cute cat named Princess. I enjoy public speaking and perform Stand-Up Comedy. I love comedy, love hosting comedy shows! I started my own comedy room in Vancouver - Stand-Up at the Sylvia - in January 2006. Currently I am the Executive Producer I've contracted the show to a fellow comedian to book Sept 2006 to 2007. Grew up in Edmonton, was a cheerleader for the Eskimos, then Miss Edmonton Eskimo 1992/93. Studied performance dance then marketing in college. Moved to Seattle to go to College (music business degree) and worked at Virgin Record Label for 5 years in marketing. My family is very politically involved in Canada and the US. I've been involved in politics for just over 12 years. I have two signature events - Red Ribbon and Rock Gala for AIDS and Comics For Cancer that I host/Emcee/produce with the help of many, many friends and talented people who like to get involved in philanthropy. Currently I host a weekly comedy show in Toronto - Comedy Thursdays at McVeigh's - at McVeigh's Irish Pub 124 Church street. And I host/produced Stand-Up For Stop The Violence Comedy Show for the Toronto Argos on November 27th, 2006 at the Laugh Resort. (thanks to everyone involved!) And Stand-Up For Stop The Violence - Year Two - is happening this coming fall 2007! Currently I am the new General Manager of Absolute Toronto in Canada.My motto - don't forget how thoughts create ideas that form habits. Keep a clear mind, set intentions and go for what you want, what you believe in. Love, Live, Let Go and Trust..........and dream BIG! Risk everything!
