I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

My mission is to become independently wealthy while participating in a sustainable (ecological) economy. Step by step I am changing my life and moving toward that goal. I am curious. I love life and I love people, plants, animals, the air, this planet.
I'm a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, painter, writer, singer and eco-activist. I am also in a knitting group called Bitchez in Stitchez.
I've taken a break from singing, but have been getting the itch to be in a folk group like the Weavers. Actually, the itch is getting stronger--starting to think psychedelic garage, so much fun(!), and some east Indian inspired mood music, too. The urge to hike and bike and camp and be outdoors is pretty strong, too, and now that I live in Flagstaff, I've fully given in to that urge! Wahoo! Sweet surrender.
I started my first band, The Liquid Faction, when I was 15. I have also been in Youth Gone Mad, The Halfbreeds, Circle of Soul, The Moldy Dogs and Gaijun a Go-Go. The last band I was in was called Powder.
Currently I am writing a novel and am shopping around some of my poetry. I get around to painting when I can.
I am involved in a heart-centered business. If you're interested in Wellness and Planetary Balance, visit www.redholly.amazonherb.net. For a free tea sample, free brochure and free cds: Contact me here.
