Women Who Fight Back

I am here for Networking

About Me

If you are a SURVIVOR, you are FIGHTER. Sometimes just getting through the day is a FIGHT. It doesn't matter if you didn't report, or couldn't prosecute:
IF YOU ARE A SURVIVOR, YOU ARE A FIGHTER!
I am By NO means an expert, merely a survivor trying to cope and wanting THREE THINGS MORE THAN ANYTHING:
(1)TO ASSIST WITH PREVENTION.
KNOWLEDGE=PREVENTION=KNOWLEDGE
(2) HEALING. (This can take years.)
(3) PROSECUTION.
HOWEVER, I TOTALLY understand assaults that go unreported. Everything in it's right time and place. You have to take care of YOU. There are many factors and certain risks involved with 'fighting back' legally. Do what is best for you at the time.
I believe to accomplish the above three goals it begins with making resources readily available. It has been a huge, scary nightmare for me in finding where to go to get help. I am still not complete, so this page will be updated frequently!
IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH RIGHT NOW PLEASE CALL:
1.800.656.HOPE (4673)
IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS, IT MAY BE BEST TO SWALLOW YOUR FEARS AND PRIDE, AND ASK FOR HELP. IT MAY NOT. I'VE MADE CALLS WHERE THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END HAS MADE ME FEEL WORSE. IF THAT'S EVER THE CASE, HANG UP! HOWEVER, THESE PAST FEW MONTHS, MY LOCAL HOTLINE SAVED MY LIFE! THANK YOU SARNCO !
NOTE TO SUPPORT SYSTEMS OF SURVIVORS:
Thank you. We are blessed to have you.
Please forward this page to your friends!
