Working to dispel illusion, and set on track, those imaginations that had gone off it.
This symbol, of the woman, clothed with the sun/son, the moon under her feet, and a crown of stars, the same woman spoken of in Revelations 12, you may also find many references in the book of Proverbs, the Zohar, Nag Hamidi, in the Apocrypha and the Wisdom of Solomon, and the book of Jesus of Surach, just to name a few, has been attributed as a pagan symbol of witchcraft, of which is true, in the context of the true meaning of the word witch, or pagan.
In my research, I have found that in ancient times, that the word pagan simply meant/means country folk, and they were demonized by the rich city folk who compiled certain books, distributed by the victors of the age.
Witch is a term meaning wise woman, that was demonized, in order to take peoples attention from the knowledge of naturally intelligent people, to turn them away from the prophetess, that one will even finds referred to in the bible, and the Lord sending people too for guidance.(this is not to say that there has not been confusion in modern day practices, due to old day condemnations, by those wanting to do away with the woman aspect of creation all together.)
Pagan in truth, are country folk that respect, and live closely with the earth that nurtures us all, in respect for it, not being a destroyer of resources. Very motherly sort in truth, and thank the Lord for Mothers, for there would be no Fathers, had they not bore his seed. Just as things are done on earth, it is written, it is done in heaven as well. As above, so below.
As far as those things that modern teachers have taught, who also are taught in bible schools how to teach, instead of a true leading of the spirit, I would say their ancient understanding has been terribly tainted by modern views, those of which, seem to be filled with an agenda.
As it is, all those things the teachers, teachers, teach the common folk against, are those things that they practice, that keep them in power. Common folk left without defense, because they do not go near what they have been taught from childhood is so called evil.
There is more teachings of what is evil, then there is actual evil, or even practices of, which many have been made up, to fabricate and turn a people against THEMSELVES. Fact is, all that the maker made is perfect, and all true knowledge comes from the same place.
The Lord is the master of all practices, and any Wisdom that was ever real Wisdom, comes from no where else in existence except the LORD, the Great Spirit, and those who practice life, in the manner the Grate Spirit, the Lord has taught.
If certain information is not real wisdom, it is of no danger, unless a people teaches the wisdom is real, then they go to their destruction, because they truly do not understand, and work against harmony, and balance with the laws of nature. And then there are others, who murder, thinking they do god a favor, yet condemn their own souls, through believing a people, that turned them against their own.
The first book of Ezekiel is a perfect example of who is the master in teaching crafts, and who is the author of crafts, and where the true wisdom of crafts come from.
Fact is, everything that everyone does methodically, and with intention, is a craft of sorts.
Life after all is an art form.
The only thing truly wrong, or corrupt with the image and symbolism above, is that the moons are backwards. In a natural world, we read from right to left, right brain, left brain, bringing things from heaven to earth, so to speak. Unlike the teachings of some of mankind, of whom have managed to even wire themselves backwards, left to right, trying to shove earth into heaven, and other poor souls becoming victims of such misunderstandings, and misguided education.
To view the truth of the moons cycles, you would see the light appear, and disappear in the following fashion. You always know when it is a new and waxing moon th, when the light is on the right, as in the following graphic.
Observe the truth of it....
Only thing missing in the graphic with the woman, is the common bright and morning star. Who would condemn the bright and morning star?
Fact is, there is way too much condemnation in the earth, based off pure rumor. Then there are those who practice, to experience and know the facts. It has been unfortunate those who teach contention, instead of the building up of the spirit, but may we all learn better.
May we all turn away from the false witnessing, and learn to know for ourselves, fact, or fiction, then guide with love to truth and understanding, when it is desired of others.
There is nothing evil about any people who practice service to each other, to self sacrifice for the beterment of life, no matter their nationality, or traditions. Good is as good does.
For what it is worth, I thought it important to bring to prudent minds of contemplation.
