I write self help books.
I love most music, as long as it is soothing to my spirit and soul.
I enjoy concerts, musicals and plays.
I enjoy the out doors and spending time with my family and friends.

I have taught at Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Special Education and Secular schools.
I specialize in Behavior Management.
But I cant seem to manage my own Children.
I spent a year in the Middle East and experienced what it was like to live in a 3rd world country.
I am often excited to meet people of other cultures and those who strive to keep their culture alive in their families.
I am very diverse.
I am easy to get along with.
I value harmony & loyalty highly.
I am emotionally stable and mentally together.
Overall, I am typically calm and relaxed.
I can find the positive side of almost anything.
People need to earn their way into my bubble, but when they have I am a very loyal and trusted friend.
I enjoy stimulating conversations.
I express myself very well.
I don't like a lot of problems or conflicts. "Drama is not for me" I have had enough of it in my life!
I don't like controlling or bossy people.
My desire is for those around me to be comfortable enough to be themselves, "Their true self"
I am adventurous, nurturing, caring, passionate and romantic.
Most people find me easy to talk to.
I exercise and eat healthy.
I am careful what I allow into my body, mind and spirit. "My Temple"
Negative people don't stick around me very long.
I am not extremely jealous or possessive.
I desire to be loved for whom I am.
I respect others boundaries and I expect the same.
I consider myself to be a very spiritual person "not a religious person"
I am not into organized religion. Jesus came to set us free from all that!!!
My relationship with Jesus Christ has been my personal journey.
I am not here to judge anyone. We do it enough to ourselves.
God is the Judge. It is between you and HIM.
I am not here to push my beliefs on anyone either.
You have your own journey.
I know longer believe the lies the enemy planted in my mind as a child.
And I no longer need to be conformed by any other human being.

If I can endure for this minute
Whatever is happening to me,
No matter how heavy my heart is
Or how dark the moment may be
If I can remain calm and quiet
With all the world crashing about me,
Secure in the knowledge God loves me
When everyone else seems to doubt me
If I can but keep on believing
What I know in my heart to be true,
That darkness will fade with the morning
And that this will pass away, too
Then nothing in life can defeat me
For as long as this knowledge remains
I can suffer whatever is happening
For I know God will break all of the chains
That are binding me tight in the darkness
And trying to fill me with fear
For there is no night without dawning
And I know that my morning is near.
My Personal Bill of Rights:
I have numerous choices in my life beyond mere survival.
I have a right to discover and know my childish ways.
I have a right to grieve over what I didn't get or what I did get that I didn't want or need.
I have a right to follow my own values and standards.
I have a right to say "NO" to anything when I feel I am not ready or if it is unsafe or violates my values.
I have a right to dignity and respect.
I have a right to make decisions.
I have a right to have "needs" and "wants" respected by others.
I have a right to terminate conversations with those who make me feel humiliated.
I have a right to walk away when I feel unsafe.
I have a right to not be responsible for others' behaviors, actions, feelings or problems.
I have a right to make mistakes and not be perfect.
I have a right to expect honesty from others.
I have a right to all "my" feelings.
I have a right to be angry at someone I love.
I have the right to change my mind at anytime.
I have the right to be happy.
I have the right to change and grow.
I have the right to trust others who earn my trust.
I have the right to forgive others and forgive myself.
I have the right to give and receive unconditional love.
I have the right to choose and love who ever I want.
I have all these rights and so do you.
