The Slow Food on Film festival aims at promoting a new critical awarness of food culture through the screening of films, short films, documentaries and TV series focusing on food-related issues (from socio-political concerns to sentimental remembrances to identity and emotional implications) in an original way. Following Slow Food's good, clean and fair philosophy, agricultural practice and the food industry's repercussion on society and the environment, as well as gastronomic memory as a common heritage to be safeguarded will be in sharp focus.
