About Me

Dear Friends,Please make a small donation to the Cyclone Relief for Burma which can be found on the U.S. Campaign for Burma. If every member of this myspace donated $3.00, we would have donated over $2700.00. It may not be much money individually but if we combined our money, it's a good donation that could help people who are in need of clean water, shelter, food, medicine, and other aid. Please make the effort and donate something because it all counts towards a bigger goal which is saving lives....Imagine if other members of your myspace did the same, the donation would make a even bigger impact...spread the word how a few dollars can help a bigger cause...To make a donation to Cyclone Relief for Burma, please follow the instructions on this link: https://salsa. democracyinaction. org/o/1189/t/5102/shop/custom. jsp?donate_page_KEY=1313Thank you in advance in helping out...
This site is dedicated to the brave Burmese monks and citizens who marched and sacrificed their lives for Freedom & Democracy recently. Burmese protestors knew the consequences of protesting but they bravely marched through the streets in September 2007. This is not the first time the Burmese government killed peaceful protestors. In 1988, thousands of protestors were killed, many were tortured in jail and many fled their homeland as refugees to other countries. We need to keep the spotlight on the human rights crisis in Burma and not let it fade away because many Burmese lost their lives in order to bring international attention. We, brothers and sisters of this lifetime, can help pressure the United Nation which is supposedly the world’s moral compass, to bring democracy to an oppressed country. We also need countries that have special interest in doing business with the Burma junta such as China to pressure the militant junta towards democracy and allowing Daw Aung San Suu Kyi lead the country.
This website’s goal is to let people know what’s happening in Burma. You can help save lives by filling out the online petitions below to appeal to the United Nations. It would only take less than one minute of your time. BURMA NEEDS INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION AND IT STARTS WITH YOUR SUPPORT BY SIGNING THE PETITIONS! Please pray for Burma. You don’t have to be Buddhist to support the cause, think of HUMAN RIGHTS and FREEDOM. Thank You Kindly!
