About Me

What you need to know: I'm a novelist and screenwriter. I'm studying at the University of Southern California with Irvin Kershner (The Empire Strikes Back), Coleman Hough (Full Frontal), Marc Norman (Shakespeare in Love), and Janet Fitch (White Oleander). I drove straight across the country, from Jersey to Hollywood, without ever having before seen California, and I love it. My friends would tell you I should get out more, into the gorgeous LA sunshine, but there're a lot of words to write, and somebody's got to do it.There isn't much I'm not interested in. There are few bands I haven't heard of. I'm a voracious reader and watch tons of movies, because I write both and believe one must. I sometimes come across as cocky, but mostly I'm just trying to make my way through the world as best I can.I'm having a blast doing so...Creative Commons License--

My Interests

Life's far too short not to be interested in everything. My favorite thing in life has always been and, I'm sure, will always be good food, good wine, good music, and good company, all at the same time.So who wants to dance?

I firmly believe I can learn something from everyone, and so I hope to. Fellow writers, filmmakers, musicians, lovers of life and the world, travelers, adventurers, explorers... just say hi, why don't you? I'll look forward to it.(note: yes, I know, I have a lot of friends. I don't generally turn down friend requests. Defeats the purpose of meeting new people, no? And besides: I'm trying to attract attention for the novel. Point is: if I request you, it's because I think you might be interested in what I'm doing.
