SM Promos are proud to bring you THE BIG BASH.The Big Bash, is an idea, a concept, a bloody good night out, all wrapped up as a cheap gig with LOCAL bands - in the main - at a great LOCAL venue.It is a night that only happens occasionally but when it does, you will want to have experienced all it has to offer.The last gig was a year ago and only by word of mouth we sold around 250 tickets. Now we are aiming to get something happening in West Lothian quarterly (every 3 months or so).The first of these regular nights just occured and 280 tickets were sold, can only be a good thing. No trouble just a good old fashioned great nights entertainment, with a great atmosphere.West Lothian is a place deeply immersed in music lovers, from people who go all over to enjoy music, to people who caught the bug and have to play music to satisfy their own addiction. We want to offer both music fans and bands the chance to not have to travel to the big smoke, and still have a great night out.For bands, we offer the chance to play on the same stage once graced by the likes of The Kinks, The Animals & Black Sabbath, a quality back line, a sound engineer, the chance to make some cash for your own band funds, and most important of all a chance for your own local fans to come along and see you guys live without having to travel to either Glasgow or Edinburgh where most of the gigs seem to be happening these days.For punters, we promise to bring you 5 quality live music acts. Predominately the bands will be VERY local to the West Lothian area, occasionally we will be inviting special guests from either city.
