About Me

'Gamma GT' began it's musical adventure in September 2005 when life long friends Scott Galloway & David 'Epoc' Cope decided to band together and make music. In the beginning Scott was playing guitar and providing vocals for his then high school band 'Furio'. As a result 'Gamma GT' was, and still is in many respects a side project. In early 2006 after months of writing, recording, and king donner consumption 'Gamma GT' released an album entitled 'Songs From The Attic'. The album was entirely self-produced and recorded in Scott's attic, thus the title. A few days after this Scott joined his current high school band 'Acrylic Iqon'. 'Acrylic Iqon' have recieved moderate success during there time so far as a band and have grown a strong fanbase in Glasgow's local music scene. Check them out here ====== www.myspace.com/acryliciqon . During 2006 Gamma GT added drummer Geoffrey Airebamen to the line-up. Geoffrey has been a long-term friend to the other members of the band. Since the completion of 'Songs From The Attic' the band have released a demo, and an EP (again totally self-produced & recorded) and have played live. As a result of 'Acrylic Iqon's' amazing success 'Gamma GT' to the casual observer may seem very much like a side project, however to the band it is much more than that. It is a creative escape from everything else that is going on in their lives and in the world around them. They get together to write and record whenever they are available. The rest, as they say, is history.
