Draft Rev. Al Sharpton Jr. For President in 2008!

About Me

This is a DRAFT SITE (by a FAN, in TRIBUTE to Rev. Al Sharpton Jr., NOT Rev. Sharpton's Official MySpace). This DRAFT SITE is intended to encourage Rev. Al Sharpton Jr. to run for the Democratic Party's nomination for president again. If you wish to contact Rev. Sharpton, try:http://www.NATIONALACTIONNETWORK.net". . .We can not put our peoples' aspirations on hold for anybody's career, black or white. Our people are suffering. We still have Today. We keep talking about civil rights like that was something in the past, back in the day. We're still in the day. Today, we're still getting shot down by police. Today, we still have health care problems. Today, we still have educational disparities. So don't act like we can sit back on some lofty levels of comfort, look into the glorious past, like all of that is over with. Right now we have challenges, and those that we should support should accept the need to challenge or they need to let us go on, as they develop."Rev. Al Sharpton Jr.

My Interests

". . . And I'm Clean, Too!""But the good news is, that we’re the children of people that been through worse than this, and we’re still here. So even though I get despondent, I don’t ever get depressed . . . because I want the world to know: you won’t beat us. Because we’re the children of those who took the worst fall of slavery and brutality that ever lived, that ever lived, that ever existed. Our parents survived the middle passage. Only the strong got here. And then we lost our name, our culture, our religion. And we’re still here. So you may have a momentary victory Mr. Bush, but you don’t know Who We Are. We’re the children of Chaka Zulu! We’re the children of Mary Mcleod Bethune! We’re the children of Marcus Garvey! We’re the children of Martin Luther King! We’ll be here! We were First, and We’ll be Last. We Know Who We Are."- Rev. Al Sharpton Jr.
