From The Mind of MeOkay, so I've actually heard people say this before, “You can't change things in this world so why try.†I'm not okay with that. I'm nothing in this world compared to some of the powers that be, and I don't want to be. I look around and see things that just need to be said, and if I don't say it...I don't know who will. So this is the deal. I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm not trying to change the world, I'm not trying to overthrow any governments or bury any huge political figures. I'm trying to make you look twice. You don't have to have a revolution for things to change. You don't have to break laws for things to change. You don't have to rewrite history to make things change. Sometimes you need to look at something for more than one second at a time to understand whats really happening. Read an article in the paper for more than just the headline to see that things aren't always what they seem. Sometimes stupid things need to be said, so they will register in your brain. An example you ask? IE: Racism is stupid. Of course I will explain this better later, we all know it...but sometimes it just needs to be said. For now I can just say hello. I am not a revolutionist, a savior, a bleeding heart liberal, a raging redneck, or anything else. I am not white, black, brown or yellow. I am Human...maybe for once we should start acting like the tags we don't always point to.~Anonymously MeP.S. I'm not Republican. I'm Not Democrat. I see peices of each I like.
