MyGen Profile GeneratorGerry and Martin have been collaborating as songwriters for over ten years. They have produced one album together so far, (Freeflow) in 2001. Martin lives in Miltown Malbay Co. Clare where he owns and runs his own state of the art recording studio (Malbaystudios.com). He has played on, and been invoved in producing several albums. He worked for many years as a professional musician, both here and in the U. S. He is an accomplished guitarist and is also well know as a sound engineer. Gerry lives in Walkinstown in Dublin. He has been writing songs for over twenty years with the occasional gig thrown in. He has also, along with friends written a successful play (Stages) that went on in Andrews Lane and The Civic Theatres Dublin, during 2005. The soundtrack for the play was also written by Gerry and Martin. Gerry has recently completed work on the final draft of a new film script. The brothers are working on their second album of original songs.They are currently working with singers Barry kirwan, Rita Byrne, Áine O'Malley, Siobháin O Brien, Paul Byrne, Sinéad o Malley, Gráinne O'Malley, Seán(Tonto) O'Malley, Del Browne and guitarist Mick Birch. The album will hopefully be completed later in 2008. Their ambition is to eventually concentrate on the WRITING end of the business and see other artists cover their work.
