Hello folks................well I think after being a member of myspace for nearly a year,Id best write something about myself,and explain a little about me.Ive been writing songs and have sung most of my life but never sang in public,until the last couple of years.I learnt to play the guitar about 3 years ago and have played in a couple of bands,but as a songwriter who sings the Blues Ive never really fitted in well.The songs I have out on the site are all home recordings recorded live,the quality isnt perfect but I hope the song comes across.I would like to thank everyone who has listened to the songs,it really means a lot to me.I have met some of the lovliest people on myspace,and have met some right knobs too but all in all myspace has been a brilliant way to get people to listen to your songs,so I appreciate everyone who has listened.I have met some brilliant bands and artists on here far too many to mention but thanks to everyone who has encouraged and had faith in me.P.s if you happen to come across Bob Dylan,drag him round to ours so I can sing him some songs and make him a cup of tea and a cream scone.xxxxxHere is some of James Muats artwork above on the slide show.He was a family friend who recently passed away.I have put up this work as a kind of memoriam to him and his family.Jimmy and and his wife Patsy have travelled all over the place and spent a lot of time living in The Rif Mountains in Morocco,and also they lived in Kenya for a while,so most of the pictures on here are inspired by his time travelling with his wife and sons.I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do.Rest in peace Jim x
