What a perfect forum for the ego to indulge how important it feels!
I cannot tell you "about me", because I do not even remember anymore what that "me" was.
Whatever it was I thought in my mind was "myself" has disappeared and been replaced by something that is eternal and goes beyond words.
You and I are truly one, there is no separation between us, so then there is really no such thing as an "about me", only an "about us".
So please don't wonder, "about me", because there is nothing there to know.
If you must know something, then know this.

During the waking hours when I am not meditating, practicing yoga, reading, or just riding my bicycle around the island, I am often scuba diving on the reefs here in Cozumel. A lot of my life is experienced underwater, and would love for you to join me and experience diving in an entirely new way.
We start the day with meditation and yoga to get the mind quiet, and then we embark on an adventure without a specific reef or dive site and without a set agenda or timetable in mind. We believe the journey is just as important as the diving destination experience.
Experience has taught me that this process allows us to more fully stay in "the now" or "the present moment" throughout the entire journey. So that when we do dive into the deep blue, we are relaxed, present, and fully aware and conscious. This allows us to experience all of the more subtle and nuanced behaviors of life in the sublime underwater world, that we may have missed if we were following a strict timetable and pre-planned agenda.
