Bill Shore moved to Tennessee, from Texas, to write songs. Blessed to be mentored by friend and co-writer Doodle Owens, his first songs recorded were by music legends such as Billy Walker, Claude King, Mel Street and David Houston. Those early recordings inspired and motivated a young writer to work harder and his first top 20 record came from the great Tammy Wynette, "You Still Get To Me In My Dreams". Through the ups and downs of the business he received encouragement from great artists and writers such as Johnny Russell, Conway Twitty, and Merle Haggard to, "hang in there". That encouragement paid off in Number One Songs by, Charley Pride, "Every Heart Should Have One", George Strait, "I'd Like To Have That One Back", and Sawyer Brown, "Trouble On The Line", mulitple RIAA Gold, Platinum and Multiplatinum Awards, Top Tens by Garth Brooks, "Wild Horses", as well as Marie Bottrell in Canada and over one hundred songs recorded by artists such as Porter Wagoner, Chris LeDoux, Vern Gosdin, Moe Bandy to name a few. Bill has received multiple BMI Million Performance Achievement Citations and BMI awards. As President of Pride Music Group, Bill helped launch the careers of Paul and Gene Nelson, Aaron Barker, and later as Creative Director for Club Zoo Music brought Scotty Emerick to Mark Miller and helped launch his great career. In 2007, Bill signed with Cherry Heart Music where he continues to write with long time friend and co-writer, David Wills as well as many great new talents and old com-padres in Nashville and around the world.David Wills: Tennessee born and raised, David has an extensive history in the Music Industry. He is an ASCAP Award winning songwriter and receipient of Multiple RIAA Gold, Platinum and Multiplatinum Awards. David scored his first top 5 hit, with his first release as a recording artist, on Epic Recods with "A Song On The Jukebox" to launch his Music Career. He toured with Country Music Legends Charlie Rich and Charley Pride singing and writing his way around the world.
