Rub A Dub Sound comprises of Krazy I DayV & Lennox Dread and is based in Byron Bay Australia. The sound was spawned from a radio show (Rub A Dub Radio) on the local community radio station BayFM (www.bayfm.org) & made it's solid debut on April 22 '06. The sound is based on Jamacian style sound systems with a focus on the deejay styles of the 80's -- Rub A Dub Style & Fashion!!! Rub A Dub Sound cover all aspects of reggae; Roots old & new, rub a dub, dancehall styles & dubwise selections, their livication to this music translates to any crowd who like to move to this music.. Both Krazy DayV & Lennox Dread share selection & deejay duties (pon di mic) at any given dance. In Byron Bay, they are pioneering a sound that has been left unexplored in that part of the word.
Between Lennox Dread & Krazy I, RubADub Sound have represented in Germany & in Australia - Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns, Gold Coast & of course their local area of Byron Bay.
They have also represented at such festivals as Island Time 06 & 07 (Stadbroke Island), Exodus 06 & 07, 4ZZZ Market Day Festival (Brisbane), Splendour In The Grass 07 (Byron Bay), Reggaetown Festival (Cairns). They have played alongside such international artists as: Tippa Irie (UK) & Mikey Boops (UK), Luciano (JA), Mikey General (JA/UK) & Rickey Trooper, Jah Mason (JA)& Lenny Roots (Ger)
