There's nothing to learn, just truths to remember

About Me

She heard him from afar. The wonderful tones came to her despite the heavy rain and wind. She followed the sounds and found her way to him, through the old streets of Amsterdam. There he was, soaking wet and chilled to the bone. No home to go to, but with the irresistable smile which only the truely free can wear. His only belonging and best friend was an old guitar with just 5 strings. He would keep it that way, even long after she took him in and gave him a warm home to go to, whenever his wandering through the world made him long for her arms ..................................He played for the restless and the rich. With paupers and ponderers. To the silent of mind and the ones that took flight in his music. Maybe he played for you. Or maybe he will one day...........................................And what about her? Well, she awaits him patiently, with her heart wide open and the sure notion that he will knock on her door again, with a mental suitcase full of new songs and lovely tunes. This way he will share his life and love with her and you....................One day you might meet them. You will recognise him by the old, 5 string guitar and the charmed people around him. Maybe she is there too and sings a little, especially for you. I can't promise you anything, just keep your ears and eyes open......
