my first by divine right recording was called 'body shoes'... that was in aug 1989 it had backwards guitars, casios, 60's harmonies etc... i recorded it at my parents cottage, while my freinds sun tanned/smoked pot, we were just kids enjoying our first taste of freedom... then a bunch more shit happened... this selection of songs is by request... thats Colleen singing the Pearl - she rules... HEY!! i've recorded over 20(26?) songs this year 2007, some of them sound pretty good, if i do say so my self. i think i'll put some rough mixes up here soon. BDR MVP of the year is Stewart Heyduk, he's played drums on half, bass on most, guitar, singing - bombastic enthusiast. Basically, Stew won't leave me alone so we're gonna finish up this album, cause the tunes are sounding like they should have a life of their own. Rookie of the year goes to Mitch Perkins, old friend and quality mutant. The 3 of us have been jamming since dec 07, got a little set of new tunes to play on New Years. i think we're gonna record a few more tunes in January, again cause its feeling right. i've promised a dear friend of mine that BDR will play again, and we will...
