Gotta go to Tulsa! '06 Tour

About Me

Vince Welnick keyboardist from the Grateful Dead and founding member of The Tubes performed with current and former members of Melvin Seals & JGB, The Dark Star Orchestra, Cornmeal, Jack Straw and Terrapin Flyer as Vince Welnick & Friends. The band performed Grateful Dead classics with it's own twists and also Vince Welnick originals. Together as a band, Vince Welnick & Friends produced a high energy vital sound. The band evoked the spirit of a Grateful Dead experience while also taking a step forward into original and fresh performance.Since Vince's passing on June 2nd, 2006 (RIP), the band has continued to perform as Tom Constanten & Friends, Melvin Seals & Friends and Terrapin Flyer.
