Most of the Native American Medicine People I hear and read about: Sitting Bull, Crazy Horse, Mad Bear, Rolling Thunder, Black Elk, Geronimo, the people that inhabited Paria River in Utah 400-500 years ago.The Spirits are always swimming around us...They like it when we pay attention to them! Stick a little food outside on a tiny plate for them.
