Coming fresh from the Electronic Underground
renaissance, Rhonda Rose's sound is a blend of the
80's, 90's and a hint of the future. She is an
uncompromising creative Tour De Force. As a Canadian
Singer/Songwriter/Producer, Rhonda is a multimedia
renaissance woman, creating an alternative universe in
songs and style. Her work is unique and fresh.
Whether she is producing, programming keyboards, creating
innovative beats and infectious melodies, playing
piano or guitar, or whether she is maximizing the use
of her expressive voice (some of her wonderfully weird
sounds are her unprocessed voice), Rhonda is home
submerged in music. With layers of sculptured,
heavenly sounds, her music is a delicious smorgasbord
of sonic delights.
She locked herself in her Tree House Studio in the
Toronto Beaches for over a year and came into her own
as a producer. She fiddled with dials and switches
with the reckless abandon of an innocent child in a
toyshop and with the ardent fervor of a genius at work.
Occasionally she would come out for air when her Mac
crashed, or Logic Audio was not logical.
Rhonda is now working on video and live-show
