Francesco Giuffrida is the real example of a twisted head... Science & Madness. On one side he is Francesco Giuffrida, PHD in Robotics... on the other side he is MJooGoo. MJooGoo had a long musical career in Italy as Sound Engineer and Musician (Bass Player), that took him to the publication of 2 LPs and 5 12” plus many compilations. The Music Genre changed (NOOO! SQUAD, Opium Beaters, solo projects) growing from Hip Hop slowly to Dance (Drum and Bass), to Big Beat, Garage and at the end Breaks!. Landed in London in Feb 2001, his first white label release in the UK was a Garage track called “The Table Will Turn” with Jammek, a Jamaican Garage producer. And soon found himself concentrating on playing mainly breaks & tech-house. Founded in 2003 HigHHeels Recordings and Published “Pan de Sucre” a Happy Breaks 12”. In Winter 2003 Started with another DJ a new Breaks Party named “Break the Pig”. This party has got big and is at Alhambra. Played in Ibiza in Summer 2004, MJooGoo has managed another night from feb 2005 named “Alhambra Nights”. In 2004 MJooGoo discovered nuskoolbreaks.co.uk… and the mess started… Broadcasting “The Highheels Sessions” from Aug 2004, MJooGoo discovered one of the best things in life, that is The Radioshow… and The Highheels Sessions are his baby, a baby shared with many many many friends, DJs and not only DJs who participated to the show, the list is really long check www.highheels.ws to have an idea. The Highheels Sessions in February 2006 has been nomeinated in the 6 best RadioShows of Breaks… and from Sept 2006, the Highheels Sessions are every thursday 7-9pm GMT. A show not to miss… On a spot basis plays at BreaksFM, SBN, Ministry of Sound Radio, Buckshead , Inigo, Traffic, Herbal, Catch and everywhere is possible to make good music.
