I LOVE REIKI!
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life. Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that one practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are nearly universal across all cultures.

I love the world of close up photography. One summer I spent 5 days photographing a yellow crab spider. It was fascinating.
When I was 12 years old, my dad let me use the family camera. The camera was a Brownie Hawkeye Camera.
Over the years, I used SLR's (Minolta) and now a digital camera. My current camera is a Canon PowerShot S45.

I saw Kuan Yin represented in the clouds several days after the Towers went down in NY on 9/11/01. In the photo below you can she her face, flowing hair, an out stretched arm, a dove and a lotus blossom under her. It was an amazing sight.
Albert Einstein was a visual thinker. He used his imagination to think about the nature of our world. He understood the power of thought. "The words or the language, as they are written or spoken, do not seem to play any role in my mechanism of thought. The psychical entities which seem to serve as elements in thought are certain signs and more or less clear images which can be 'voluntarily' reproduced and combined .... this combinatory play seems to be the essential feature in productive thought before there is any connection with logical construction in words or other kinds of signs which can be communicated to others". Albert Einstein in a letter to Jacques Hadamard.
Carl Edward Sagan (November 9, 1934 – December 20, 1996) was an American astronomer and astrobiologist and a highly successful popularizer of astronomy, astrophysics, and other natural sciences. He pioneered exobiology and promoted the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI). He is world-famous for writing popular science books and for co-writing and presenting the award-winning 1980 television series Cosmos: A Personal Voyage, which has been seen by more than 600 million people in over 60 countries, making it the most widely watched PBS program in history.[1] A book to accompany the program was also published. He also wrote the novel Contact, the basis for the 1997 Robert Zemeckis film of the same name starring Jodie Foster. During his lifetime, Sagan published more than 600 scientific papers and popular articles and was author, co-author, or editor of more than 20 books. In his works, he frequently advocated skeptical inquiry, humanism, and the scientific method.

I just finished reading "The Ambler Warning". Great story.
The Ambler Warning is a Robert Ludlum spy thriller that takes us to a place on Parrish Island, a restricted island off the coast of Virginia. Left as an incomplete manuscript by Ludlum's death in 2001, the author's estate hired an author and an editor to finalize the manuscript for publication in October 2005. Early sales placed it on The New York Times Best Seller List within a month of its release.
"WHAT ME WORRY?"
I love Mad Magazine. The magazine started in 1952 and is still published today. Don Martin was my favorite cartoonist.

MAGNIFIED HEALING: The difference between Magnified Healing and Reiki. While Reiki and Magnified Healing are both vibrational energy healing, Reiki is channeled energy and is directed into the body of the person. The body takes the energy and utilises it to the level of the individual receiving it. Magnified Healing is a 5th Dimensional healing energy (Its focus is on the heart). With MH, you create the energy with God Most High; you become it. You are a co-creator. The MH energy goes from one hand to the other through the body of the client immediately releasing all misqualified energies and imbalances that are then sent to the Violet Fire for transmutation. It is preferable not to use Magnified Healing and Reiki together consciously as they dont 'work' the same way. MH is really an Ascension Initiation. It heals at all levels and also introduces the student to the Hierarchy (Melchizedek, Kwan Yin, Saint Germaine, Buddha, Shekinah(holy spirit), etc.
