About Me

The Comic Book Haters podcast is available from iTunes, or from their very own blog: http://thecomicbookhaters.blogspot.com. Unlike other comic book themed podcasts which indulge in sycophantic pandering and endless ass-licking, the CBH crew are not afraid to 'Tell it like it is.' Join co-hosts DJ Sloofus and Schooly G on their quest to find comics of a reputable and enjoyable nature.By the way, did we mention that Schooly G despises all comics ever printed, except for the crappy 1980's Marvel G.I. Joe series? What's up with that?

We shat on our profile with Some asshole's Myspace Editor V3.6 !

My Interests

The Comic Book Haters, through the use of their podcast, are interested in spreading the word of comic books and the hatred thereof. Consider this MySpace page a selfish ruse designed to lure unsuspecting victims towards their very own blog, which in turn can lead viewers to access the podcast, forum, and other shit.

I'd like to meet:

The woman who stole Cappy's heart.

Music:

Superman's campfire songs; a song Spider-man once hummed in the shower; the episode of Star Trek where Spock sings about his feelings; Malcolm Tent and Somerdale.

Movies:

Cappy is a big fan of "Brokeback Mountain," though that seems to be purely for philosophical reasons. Schooly has an affection for anything that features dead women. Don't bother asking about it; he won't change.

Television:

To truly appreciate television, one must first void oneself of all life's debts. Prepositions, the most dastardly speech concept, is the first discarded. Secondly, verbs since empty. Finally, noun departed. Sole vernacular eternal descriptive. Content, unemotional, directionless.

Books:

The last few volumes of Cerebus, when Dave Sim went crazy.

Heroes:

Jack Kirby, Earl J. Clack, the Queen of England, all the brave men and bitches who have stood up to help abolish sexism in these glorious United States.
