About Me

The Fifth Avenue Gazette is a free daily publication available online at www.fifthavenuegazette.com Although it is intended specifically for Uptown San Diego residents, it is read worldwide. If you can't handle satire and foul language, don't read it.

My Interests

In my spare time I like to dress up in a bunny costume and walk around my neighborhood playing the zither. I'm really good at the zither. You should hear my version of Magic Carpet Ride.

I'd like to meet:

Dick Cheney's cardiologist.

Music:

As long as Kanye West has nothing to do with it, I'm fairly down with anything.

Movies:

Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Breaker Morant, Gallipoli, Bladerunner, Reds, Repo Man, Bridge Over the River Kwai, Patton, Papillon, Matewan, and Anal Avengers XIV.

Television:

Television is the instrument of the devil (and Anderson Cooper is the devil - seriously).

Books:

Look Homeward Angel - read it, know it, live it.

Heroes:

I don't know if I actually have a hero, but I'm awfully inspired by that guy in Los Angeles who strapped a passel of weather balloons to a lawn chair and soared his drunk ass into the stratosphere. I wish I had thought of that.
