Before You Add Me you should know that because I have a lot of friends and I try to keep up with them all, I don't get to send a lot of messages but I always answer messages and always answer comments. Also, if you add me, even if I requested the add, please send a message or comment, so I can thank you and start communicating... MySpace doesn't have a reasonable way to track new friends, so even when I see the added friend, I might not even be able to find you on my friends list if you don't make yourself known.
Also I consider MySpace to be about networking and creating that "six degrees of separation" chain. I love artists, writers, film makers... As far as I'm concerned, people helping people in their efforts is what it's all about.

I am Tara LaFontaine. I am a private eye, a collector of the finer things in life from fast motorcycles to pretty boy-toys, to antiquitites. I'm an occult investigator, an adept in Voodoo, and I'm a vampire.

Music:

Tara LaFontaine is interested in music that expresses and evokes the depths of human senisbilities.

From jazz and blues, the sounds of Miles Davis, Billie Holliday, Coltrane and others, to the classical works of Stravinsky, Saint-Saens and Schoenberg, to Punk, Marilyn Manson, and the eclectic stylings of AISIS and Carrie Cain Sparks.

Movies:

Tara LaFontaine watches everything that could even be considered close to fantasy, horror or science fiction. This includes classics and newer classics in the genres, like The Forbidden Planet, Alien, Hellraiser, THX 1138, Psycho and others.

It also includes movies like the various old Hammer horrors, and the new guard of great flix from Lord of the Rings to Underworld.

Let's face it, television sucks. I don't mean that in a good way. But there are a few things out there to watch... some of the things on Sci-Fi especially, and some of those programs that revolve around would-be vampires aren't too bad. Of course, compared to Tara LaFontaine, they're wannabes...
