I have a receipe from Lisa Jean's receipes Lisa grew up in a family that loved to cook. Big family dinners, and she especially loved Thanksgiving Day dinner. When Lisa had Zoe Jean she wanted to make the best and healthy foods and made up many of her own receipes. Many times she would pick rasberries right outside her door, and make wonderful muffins. As a mom when I found this receipe it struck my heart as it was hers and hers alone. Lisa's Double Bran Bananna Raisin Muffins 2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup oat bran 1/4 cups oats 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. sea salt mix and add 2 and a bit cups vanilla yogurt (stoneyhill farms) 1/3 and a bit cup honey 1/4 cup oil 1-2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 large banannas mashed mix in and add 1 and 1/2 cups raisins berries optional bake at 4:25 15-20 minutes receipe = approx 100 gr. fiber

My daughter Lisa Jean who we lost in the West Warwick Station Night Club fire in 2003. Lisa Jean will always be in my heart,she accomplished so much in her life, I am so proud of all that she had done, Lisa was so kind to so many people, she was my best friend and the best mom to Zoe Jean.
