Well as can be seen from the profile pic as well as the other pics I'm a drummer .. I've been playing for almost 30 years now ( started when I was 6 yrs. old ) and was in my first band when I was 9 .. I've been pretty much around music most of my life and swear sometimes I think it courses through my veins .. I did some touring with a band named Tangerine in 2004 ( www.1tangerine.com ) as well as playing in a slew of different bands and music projects in the past . I was working on a few studio projects over the past few years ( a few of which I will be going back into during 2008 ) . Things got a little sidelined with my new job and all of lifes other curve balls that have come my way , but I got everything smoothed out with my schedule now and am ready to get back in and get rockin' once again in the studio . ( man I wish I got paid to play drums I'd show up early & stay late LOL ) . I also currently re-vamped my electronic studio gear and made some new upgrades in the drum equipment I will be using for my up coming projects that I'm currently lining up for the the near future . The newer equipment I put together in my drum arsenal " electronics wise " I feel will allow me to do more of what I'm hearing drum wise for the projects I will be working on soon , and the ones I'm allready co-arranging . I'm also now playing and fully endorsing a Custom built Blastech electronic/acoustic drumset that Billy Blast built for me in 2007 , and I will also be taking that into the studio to record with this year too . This kit also is available for demonstration purposes by appointment so drummers out here locally can see hands on another quality choice in electronic drum equipment . I have also within the past year through my merging of otacon28music with The Audio Factory become a factory authorized dealer for Pintech electronic drum systems , Music Star Wear apparel , & Xcel drumsticks . I will be dealing with our customers through the drum department one on one to help them find the drums and components that will best suit the particular needs and playing situation . Lot's of cool stuff is on the horizon for 2008 so I will be updating things quite regularly as things finalize & also putting up blogs and bulletins as well. There's also some other pretty big announcements ( drum wise ) that I will revealing soon too so keep an eye out for that too ..
I am also always looking for band or studio session work .
I have played some various styles of music over the years so if interested email me on here for more details of what I'm able to play .. I'm primarily looking for more work with music in a funk/fusion styling , but will consider other styles as well .
